The Greensboro Science Center offers several options for an exciting birthday party to remember.

Rumble In The Jungle Package

Safari Room
Time: 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Days: Saturdays or Sundays
Member Fee: $565 (plus tax)
Non-Member Fee: $640 (plus tax)

  • 1.5-hour private reservation of the Safari Room
  • Choice of Safari or Dinosaur decor
  • Tables & chairs
  • Bluetooth speaker w/ WiFi access

Greensboro Science Center Daytime Rentals

If you are hosting a lecture, business meeting, or luncheon, The Greensboro Science Center offers two great options to choose from for your next daytime rental.

SAIL Center – Think Tank Board Room

Capacity: 20 people
Rental Fee: $400

SAIL Center – Great Hall

Option 1 Capacity: 21 – 75 people
Rental Fee: $1,250

Option 2 Capacity: 76 – 120 people
Rental Fee: $2,000

Every rental requires a $250 deposit that is paid at the time of booking to secure the date. The deposit is refunded after the rental assuming no damage was accrued as a result of the rental.

Cocktail Party: Wiseman Aquarium

Capacity: 10 – 50 people
Rental Fee: $1,200

Capacity: 51 – 100 people

Capacity: 126 – 150 people

Dinner: Wiseman Aquarium

Get married under the stars or by the sea at the Greensboro Science Center.

Wedding Ceremony Options

First Option: OmniSphere Theater Ceremony

Capacity: up to 86 guests
Rental Fee: $600

Second Option: Aquarium Wedding Ceremony

Capacity: up to 85 guests
Rental Fee: $600

Wedding Ceremony fees include a 1-hour rehearsal time. The rehearsal must be scheduled in advance with the rental department.

Wedding Reception Options

First Option: SAIL Center Reception

Capacity: 10 – 50 guests
Rental Fee: $1,200

Second Option: Wiseman Aquarium Reception

Capacity: 10 – 50 guests
Rental Fee: $1,700

Capacity: 51-100 guests
Rental Fee: $3,000

Capacity: 101-125 guests
Rental Fee: $3,500 (reception only, excludes ceremony)
