About Polo Park

Polo Park is a public park off of Polo Road in Winston Salem, NC. This park has a lot of variety and is near multiple elementary, middle, and high schools. Polo Park also is a haven for water lovers, with a public pool and sprayground. This park is perfect for active adults, larger kids who love sports, or young children who can take advantage of the green space, swimming pool, sprayground, and playground.

After School Registration

After school program is for elementary-aged children from 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. when WS/FC Schools are in session.  The cost is $15 a week plus a $30 non-refundable programming fee.

Polo Park Swimming Pool

Polo Park Pool is adjacent to the Polo Road Recreation Center and serves neighborhoods in west and northwest Winston-Salem. It has a diving board, a wading pool for toddlers and a water sprayground.

Like all city pools, Polo Pool offers free swim lessons. Discount Days are on Tuesdays and Thursdays when admission for ages 17 and under is only $1.
