Basketball
Youth basketball is a great opportunity for your child to learn to be a part of a team, improve hand-eye coordination, learn respect and make friends. Cheerleading / Tumbling
Performing and practicing as part of a team is vital for cheerleading in order to complete sequences in unison and support stunts and tumbles. It can also improve leadership skills by building confidence to speak up for the good of the team. Cheer and tumbling also help build strength, coordination, flexibility, and endurance.

Golf
Playing golf is wonderful for kids to help encourage friendships, establish a career in business as they are interacting with professional adults while playing, and establishing health and wellness. It also helps children understand how to deal with stress and loss while also having chances at earning scholarships. Not to mention, the amount of quality public and private courses around Winston-Salem are perfect to get in a round.

Tennis

Volleyball
