Quarry Park offers beautiful views just minutes from the downtown skyline of Winston-Salem. The park offers a stunning overlook of a quarry, miles of greenway, picnic areas, and now, a brand new playground promised to be one of Winston's finest.

About Quarry Park Playground

Quarry Park recently (March 2023) completed Phase II’s $3.1 Million bond money improvements. This phase created new parking areas and even more features that make this a family-friendly event destination. The new amenities for Phase II included a playground, picnic shelters, pedestrian infrastructure, and expanding and paving the parking lot. The new playground resembles a quarry and mining operation. It features a 42′ tower and slide, other slides, a gravel pit with digging equipment, a rock-climbing wall, a small toddler play area, natural stepping stones, and multiple shelters for rent.
