Allen Jay Park

Allen Jay Park has something for any family, resident, or organization. The park is kid-friendly with a large space to run around. This park has ball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, restrooms, a gym, a lovely playground, and even more that make this one of the jewels of High Point. There are restrooms and a concession stand as well along with two picnic shelter areas available for larger groups, parties, and events.

Oak Hollow Festival Park

Oak Hollow Festival Park combines an excellent city park and a beautiful marina into one excellent 1500-acre park with boating, skiing, sailing, fishing, family campground with 115 sites, indoor/outdoor tennis center, picnic areas, playground, and an overlook park. Oak Hollow Golf Course, 18-hole Pete Dye-design is also nearby. If fishing is more your speed, Oak Hollow Lake contains many fish species of interest to anglers including sunfish, catfish, white crappie, black crappie, and largemouth bass. Lastly, if you love live events and live music, Oak Hollow Lake has been the site of many exciting sporting events, such as circuit and drag boat races, fishing tournaments, sailboat regattas, and water ski tournaments.

High Point City Lake Park

High Point City Lake Park is open daily whether you enjoy boating and fishing (permits required), enjoying a picnic, playing on the playground, or enjoy amusement rides. This park has ten picnic shelters that range in capacity, with the largest hosting up to 600 people. The highlights of High Point City Lake Park are the rides! The park features a merry-go-round, train ride, 30-passenger boat rides, miniature golf course, concession stand, canoe, and pedal boats, marina, indoor gymnasium, a huge 165′ x 230′ handicap accessible pool that is handicap accessible, and fun water slides.
