About Happy Hill Park Playground
Happy Hill Park is a Winston-Salem city park with a playground, picnic shelter, restrooms, grills, water fountain (and bottle fountain), and sprayground. This small park is off of Salem Creek Greenway and near the University of North Carolina School Of The Arts. It features a fantastic new playground, picnic tables, a sprayground, restrooms, and lockers in a fenced-in area that makes it safe for kids and families.
Happy Hill Park Playground Features
The playground has the following features:
- A one-story structure with a fun rock to climb
- Recycled rubber floor that makes it easy to grip and keep shoes clean
- Rock climbing wall
- Climbing nets and ropes
- A rope bridge
- Both ladders and stairs depending on the size of the child and their climbing skill level
- Two fun slides that are perfect for small kids
Happy Hill Park also features access to the Salem Creek Greenway, the William C Sims Neighborhood Center, tennis courts, jogging track, basketball gymnasium, picnic shelters, grills, ample parking, and a fantastic sprayground.
