Lexington Skate Park

Check out one of the premier Skate/BMX parks in the Southeast! Lexington Skate Park was built by the legendary Team Pain crew and is primarily a street course with hips, ledges, and rails throughout, as well as a pro bowl.

About The Lexington Skate Park

Skateboards, freestyle bikes, inline skates, and non-electric scooters are all welcome at the Lexington Skate Park. The Lexington Skate Park was designed and built by one of the best skate park companies in the world, Team Pain. After hearing from citizens about the need for a skate park, the Town of Lexington incorporated Lexington Skate Park into the Recreation Master plan in 2013 and construction began in late 2018.

The park is primarily a street course full of fun transitions and street textures. There are 6 different types of handrails and flat rails throughout the park, and a variety of hips and ledges. The park also boasts a 10-foot deep pro bowl. One unique feature is the brick quarterpipe, which is made entirely of bricks from the Lexington Home Brands factory fire.

Lexington Skate Park Location

The Lexington Skate Park is located at the former site of Radcliffe Pool, which closed in 2014 before the opening of Lexington Aquatic Park.
