Nelson Malloy Jr. Park is a Winston-Salem city park with a playground, picnic area, restrooms (in between the playground and splash pad), splash pad, and dog park. This small park in Northwest Winston-Salem is a perfect stop for an after-school trip or weekend trip. It does not have good tree cover but when standing or playing near the splash pad, the air is many degrees cooler.
