Salem Lake Playground

Salem Lake Playground is a welcome addition to all the new construction in the Salem Lake area. Not only does Salem Lake have an amazing loop trail that goes all the way to Linville Road in Kernersville and back, the Salem Lake Park now has boat docks, rentals, fishing pier, bait, public restrooms, bike rentals and more. The playground is a huge draw for small and big kids alike.

About Salem Lake Playground

  • Very cool stepping stones to work on balance
  • Turning wheels with metallic balls for an interactive and auditory experience
  • Rock climbing wall for daring children

  • Lakeshore area to interact with the lake and ducks/geese

Salem Lake Playground Gallery

Salem Lake Park also features numerous walking/biking trails, public restrooms, picnic shelters, parking areas, and now a fishing pier, boating areas, and rentals. A word of caution for parents is to keep an eye on your children as the playground is right next to the lake and the playground is very exposed and can get very hot on summer days. You can almost spend a whole day at Salem Lake and enjoy the great outdoors.
