About Shallowford Square
Shallowford Square is part event space, part playground, part memorial, and full-on fun for the town and residents of Lewisville, NC. The square is perfect for kids to enjoy running around the ample green space, playing on the playground equipment, and enjoying the many town events like concerts, fireworks, Christmas tree lightings, costume parties, and more.

Shallowford Square Rentals
At Shallowford Square, the Large Pavilion is available for rent.
The cost for a rental for a Lewisville resident is as follows:
- $35 for 0-4 hours and $15 for each additional hour after the 4-hour time slot with an additional $200 fully-refundable cleaning deposit.
- Non-resident cost is $135 for 0-4 hours and $15 for each additional hour after the 4-hour time slot with an additional $200 fully-refundable cleaning deposit.

Family Movie Nights
Join the Town for a number of family movie nights throughout the spring and summer. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy family-friendly movies, along with traditional movie concessions for sale.
Concert Under The Stars Series
Shallowford Square transforms into a concert pavilion during the Concert Under the Stars series! Artists range from bluegrass to jazz to classic rock to Top 40 hits. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the musical offerings, or come with your dancing shoes on!

Enjoy performances by local talent during productions of plays and musicals in Shallowford Square!
Annual Fitness Walk
Lewisville’s annual fitness walk sponsored by the Town is an effort to promote an active and healthy lifestyle for all residents of Lewisville. This year’s theme is “Shallowford Fitness Walk Challenge.” In order to participate, residents need to register with Town Hall by applying online or calling 336-945-5558. Residents of all ages are encouraged to participate in the Fitness Walk. Participants are required to walk at least 50 miles between October 1 and November 30 to complete the Walk. Upon completion of the 50 miles, all registered participants should contact Town Hall. Registration for the Walk begins October 1.
Street Party & Food Truck Festival
Join us for the annual Lewisville Street Party and Food Truck Festival at Shallowford Square. We will host a variety of food trucks for your dining pleasure and music sure to set the mood for a good time! Adult beverages will be offered from Hoots Brewery and Medaloni Cellars. Admission is free. This is one of our most popular events of the summer season.
Shalloween Halloween Festival
Calling all ghouls and goblins! The Shalloween Halloween festival is always a fun event for children and families. There are a host of activities for children ages 0-12 including games, prizes, costume contests, arts and crafts, and much more.
Christmas Tree Lighting With Santa
Join the Town in the annual lighting of the Christmas tree in Shallowford Square. Kids can enjoy Christmas crafts, hot chocolate, Christmas cookies, a holiday sing-a-long, a special reading of Twas the Night Before Christmas, and a very special appearance by the man in red!
