Birthday family should arrive 15 minutes prior to jump time to allow for check-in. All jumpers must have a waiver on file to jump. After you book your party online, you will receive an e-mail with a custom Surge birthday invitation that you can e-mail to your guests, which includes the link for them to complete the waiver before they arrive.

Surge Adventure Park Tickets/Admission

Reserve your jump time by booking online in advance with Surge Winston-Salem online reservations. All jumpers must have a waiver on file before purchasing tickets and jumping. Tickets can not be purchased over the phone unless it is a group of 10 or more. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled jump time to ensure you are able to begin jumping on time. Tickets purchased online are non-refundable and non-transferable.
