Triad Park Facilities

  • Disc Golf
    • The 18-hole disc golf course has two tee locations per hole – long and short. The long (blue) tees play at 7,171 feet of total distance and the short (red) tees play at 5,010 feet of total distance.
  • Carolina Field of Honor
    • The Carolina Field of Honor is a permanent reminder of the sacrifice of our service members, a place to reflect on the freedoms they have secured and a community’s collective way of showing its heartfelt gratitude. Funding for the memorial was made possible by the War Memorial Foundation. The memorial includes:
      • A 57-foot Granite Obelisk
      • Flags representing the United States, North Carolina, POW, and service branches
      • 5 large, granite monuments representing the 5 branches of the military
      • A 2-tier water feature
      • The Meandering Walkway with educational signposts
      • The Remembrance Walkway featuring personalized bricks
      • The Historical Flag Walk
      • Handicap parking and drop-off
  • Amphitheater
    • Triad’s Amphitheater is perfect for community and private events including but not limited to concerts, festivals, theatrical performances, athletic competitions and corporate events.
  • Woodland Hall
    • Woodland Hall includes tables, chairs, set-up, security on-site, and janitorial services after the event. A full-size commercial kitchen is also included but only appliances are provided. The banquet hall is 5,000 square feet and accommodates up to 300 for theatre-style seating. Wedding ceremonies can be performed at the gazebo, on the back lawn, or indoors.

    • Gazebos are first come, first serve. There are no reservations needed for the gazebos.
